Cooking From Scratch: Simple Pizza Dough, Six Ingredients...

In this video, I show a pizza dough recipe that I've been playing with for the last few weeks. My wife and I love it so I figured Id share this easy recipe with yall.
500g All Purpose Flour
10g Salt
1 Packet of Yeast
290g Water
40g High Quality Olive Oil
Various Italian Herbs (if desired)
Ive cooked this in one big pizza but I've also, like in this video, split it into 2 pizzas and it works just fine.
Hope yall enjoy this really simple recipe. Its my way of helping get away from that over-processed crap crust they sell pre-made and those "you call this food??" crusts served at the pizza chains.
