PM Modi Expresses Displeasure Over Oppositions Ruckus | Yudhishthir Upadhyay | Capital TV

Opposition was seen creating a ruckus, raising slogans, disrupting PM Modi's address even as he introduced his new cabinet ministers in both houses. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on the floor of Rajya Sabha and a lot of ruckus was happening during PM Modi's speech. The Opposition was not allowing PM Modi to introduce the new ministers. PM Modi has earlier said at the beginning of the session that the opposition must ask tough questions but must also allow the government to answer them in Parliament.
