STAGE 3: 2014 Mustang GT Project Coyote

For Stage 3 of our 2014 Mustang GT 5.0L Project "Coyote", we needed to add more power to get us over the 410RWHP mark and give our Mustang a healthy diet in the rotating mass department! This is going to be crucial to help us take down our Grabber Blue 06 GT Project Car that's building up to a supercharger.

For the third stage of Project Coyote, we installed:

SR Performance Short Throw Shifter (11-14 GT, V6)
SR Performance Shifter Bracket - MT-82 (11-14 GT, V6)
Exedy Mach 500 Stage 3 Clutch (11-14 GT)
Exedy Lightweight Racing Flywheel - 8 Bolt (96-04 Cobra, Mach 1; 99-Mid 01 GT; 11-14 GT)
The Driveshaft Shop Aluminum One Piece Driveshaft (11-14 GT, BOSS)
Pypes Polished Long Tube Headers (11-14 GT)
Pypes Catted Shorty X-Pipe (11-14 GT)

After we bolted on the last pieces, it was time to hit the track and see how big of a difference our new mods made. Needless to say, it's a completely different animal. Project Coyote launches straight as an arrow down the track. We're able to launch higher in the RPM's and jump off the clutch faster because of the New Stage 3 Clutch, Lightweight flywheel and One Piece Driveshaft!

That wraps up Stage 3 of Project Coyote! Something tells me this isn't the last you'll see of this rivalry...
