(fixed) DIY - Bad Image Pop up on Windows Operating system startup

Most commonly Windows 7 operating systems are getting Bad image.exe popup error.
This might have come because Microsoft stopped the support for Windows 7 operating system. I'm not sure. But, I'm here to stop the popup which automatically comes when Windows starts and opening any application in Windows.

(While recording this video I have struggled lot. My laptop is 11year old, the Headphone jack is broken and the laptop fan will produce more noise. So, I have taken remote access to my laptop on my mobile and started mobile recording)
