A solo work by the drummer and founder of the Greek band Aphorodite's Child, Lucas Sideras (also known as Loukas Sideras or Λουκάς Σιδεράς, Greek) began playing in small bands from his hometown of Athens until he joined the country's largest until the end in 1972 From which he began to compose and devote himself to solo work, without success as the old bandmates, Roussos and Vangelis. Sideras still worked as a producer and formed other groups such as Ypsilon and Diesel.
Here's the 1973 debut titled One Day. It features 9 simple and short progressive rock tracks, with some interesting and creative instrumental moments, mostly with organ and guitar, and other ballads / pop (soft rock). The lyrics are all in English, highlighting the first three tracks.
Nothing special, but a pearl recommended for fans of prog and Aphorodite's Child.
