Man its been a long time coming but this is my first sponsored video! Thank you ElMar.com. So if you've seen my other freediving video you know I'm into this lifestyle. Practicing in a safe controlled environment, and then implementing that practice in an open water setting with professionals is definitely the way to go. Too many good people make mistakes of going it alone and/or hyperventilate prior to diving (HUGE COSTLY MISTAKE). I'll continue making these videos and explain it in simple terms of why hyperventilating (taking several big breaths) prior to diving can be fatal and I'll explain the proper way to hold your breath for these activities. Tomorrow I'll go back to El Mar's deep training pool for more training and leveling up the workout.
