When it comes to selling your product or services, you’re going to get some rejections no matter what - that’s just part of business. Objections generally come down to four things: need, urgency, trust, and money.

Need:
It’s very possible that the client has no need for your services. Focus on the outcome of your services and knowledge you may have of the business pain points and how you can improve them.

Urgency:
In the meeting, the prospect must understand the sense of urgency to act now and not wait. This is fed be scarcity and pricing. Bonus points if you can point to one of their competitors who is currently using digital marketing for their lead gen.

Trust:
When meeting someone new, you have to ask the question - Does the prospect believe you can do what you say you can do? Build trust by showing research, past work, and interest in their business.

Money:
Money pressure is common in today’s business environment. Make sure to listen closely and make sure money is the only issue.
