#OnlyinAledo, small acts of care create a big impact.

#GrowingGreatness means seeing a need and stepping up to make a difference. McKinney Elementary Cafeteria Manager Brittany Blackett did just that by creating visual lunch menus to support students who benefit from extra guidance when making their meal choices.

After noticing students becoming frustrated during menu selection, Brittany spent weeks photographing cafeteria meals and building a visual menu binder on her own time. Today, her work is creating #ExceptionalExperiences for students not only at McKinney, but across every elementary campus in our district.
