Overcoming Art Hurdles while Working on a Piece

I take you though one of my latest illustrations, Woodland Youth VII and the process behind the scenes from start to finish! I almost gave up on this piece halfway through as I wasn't digging the overall composition but powdered graphite came to save the day! It's an extremely messy medium to work with and you can see how it can drastically change the mood of the piece!

I'm looking to have more timelapse recordings but I wasn't satisfied with the quality as I'm looking to have little to no blur, white balance issues, and ISO. Thankfully after this one, I took more time to learn about setups through camera work and I may have figured it out! So look forward to some future drawings captured in a higher quality moving forward!
