Week 2, Day 5 Touch That Raises the Dead (Bringing Life Back)Jesus’s Consciousness: Awakening Touch

“And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, ‘If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.’ Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, ‘Who touched my clothes?’ … Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.’”
Decoded Spiritual Meaning (What it means in Jesus’s Consciousness)
This story is not just about physical healing — it is about the power that flows through intentional, faith-filled touch. The woman, exhausted and disconnected after twelve years of suffering and failed remedies, reaches out in bold faith to touch the hem of Jesus’ garment. Instantly, power (virtue) flows out from Jesus into her, and she feels the healing in her body.
In Jesus’s Consciousness, touch is a two-way channel: we can reach out in faith to receive, and power flows from the Source through us. This parents the sense of touch by teaching us that our body can be a safe conduit for the life forces — not controlled by environment or past pain, but reclaimed through faith. It addresses the mind-body disconnection many feel (including in overstimulation or neurodivergent layers), showing that safe, faith-filled contact restores wholeness.
Today’s Regulation Practice – Parenting the Sense of Touch Through Faith

Find a quiet moment (2–5 minutes). Sit or stand comfortably.
Gently reach out one hand as if touching the “hem” — place it on your own arm, leg, or heart with intention.
Breathe slowly and whisper (or say inwardly): “If I just touch… I will be healed. Be opened to safe touch and power flowing.” three times.
Notice the sensation in your hand and body. Name one safe or comforting feeling that arises (warmth, steadiness, relief).
Affirm: “Power flows to me and through me. My faith makes me whole.”

Spirit-Layer Check-In
If disappointment (spirit layer of shame) or irritation (rage layer) surfaces around touch or your body feeling “unclean” or unsafe, name it gently. Then invite: “Be opened — power flows even here.”
Life-Force Anchor
“I receive Faith that reaches out and Grace that flows back. Agape and Compassion make my touch safe and healing.”
