I went to Fujian Province, in the south of China, to visit a place known as the Fishermen’s New Village. Fishermen and their families, who previously lived out at sea on extremely small, cramped boats, have been able to find hope and safety, after leaving behind their dangerous past.

I couldn't believe how these families used to live, and the stories are so frightening; I simply can't imagine how difficult their lives must have been.
