Oil refinery explosion could add to gas price woes

A massive explosion at a large Texas oil refinery could further impact gas prices if the refinery is not back online soon, experts tell NBC News. An average gallon of gas in the U.S. is already up one dollar since the start of the war with Iran. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports from the scene.
