In short, I took a break for my mental health and to tak care of myself, but there's a lot more to it. I feel like I've been doing a group project for the past 18 months, I've done all my work, and I'm waiting for everyone else to finish their part. As a Lightworker and an Empath, I've been stretched thin. I'm having to spend a lot of time and energy on self-care.
