Juno The "Marriage" Asteroid: Juno Through the Signs

Juno is an asteroid that represents the topic of marriage, union and intimacy. In my work with clients, I refer to it as the marriage/"significant partner" asteroid since not everyone chooses to get married in today's time. The Juno effect can still be important for those who don't get married, but may still find partnership. Mars is desire, Venus is what we value, but Juno often is what we actually "need" in partnership.

Juno is named after the goddess married to Jupiter. Juno is not necessarily about "you", as much as it is about the ideal partner for you. They ideally embody the energy of the sign so you can experience a true sense of companionship at its fullest point. They do not need to be the sign your Juno is in but sometimes there will be aspects made to your Juno sign. Utilizing the whole chart or synastry chart can show if there are harsh aspects and challenges to Juno, but in general it represents the partnership where you learn more about what true union looks like. In some cases, it is in a sign already in your chart. For some people, it represents something lacking in your chart that a partnership shows up.
