Don't do these 3 things in French - They are slowing down your French progress ft @Oui In France

Speak French with Confidence with my 4-step methodology: https://bit.ly/3qMPU7L
When we get to intermediate stages in French, or even move to France, it's really important to look at where we're putting our energy in order to get better at the language. But it's not always obvious since what got us to our current level might not be what we need to kick on even further.

With me is Diane from the lifestyle blog ouiinfrance.com to discuss three (crucial yet unexplored) things that we do too much of that really slow down our French progress when we think we're being productive.

I hope you enjoy this discussion between 2 expats in France with 13 years of experience between us of mixing the language with life in France. I really enjoyed it.

We have made a second video that is over on Diane's channel all about 6 French expressions heard in everyday life that we definitely didn't learn in French class! Go check it out: https://youtu.be/pKdQ5XvAhNI

About the channel:
My name is Alex, an English guy living in the south of France. I have a passion for helping other expats in French-speaking countries navigate the bumpy road of learning the French language so that they can be confident French speakers and ultimately live comfortable lives. I talk about fun parts of the language, break down complex French grammar in plain English, and how to stay positive with rational thinking when it comes to the challenges of learning the French language.
