to make this delicious cheese borek you need

One pack Phyllo dough/you can find it in the freezer section at your grocery stores
3 cups of cheese you can use mozzarella,feta,Mexican cheese or Akawi cheese found in Middle Eastern stores
1 cup chopped parsley
half a cup chopped green onions
two eggs at room temperature
half a cup melted butter /warm not too hot
1 cup warm milk
pinch of black pepper
pinch of salt optional
pinch of pepper flakes optional
