Define "Service Hours" in Business Central #d365bc #service #hours
💁Default Service Hours (setup): Here, we can get Multiple Lines to create "Service Hours" (as Default Service Hours)... for WeekDays and WeekEnds.
➡️If your using 24 Hours Timing, after 12:00 AM (at midnight, it becoming next morning), and it will change to 13, 14, 15, 16,17 and so on. This is just Like Railways Timing.
-------------
💁In the Business Central & Navision, for your Service Industry, you may create your own Working Hours (including Starting Date, Starting Timing and Ending Timing etc.).
------------
💁Other Related information: A Time in the 24-Hour Clock is written in the form hours:minutes (for example, 01:23), or hours:minutes:seconds (01:23:45).
Numbers under 10 have a zero in front (called a leading zero); e.g. 09:07. Under the 24-hour clock system, the Day begins at Midnight, 24:00, and the last minute of the day begins at 23:59 and Ends at 24:00, which is identical to 24:00 of the following Day.
🔸12:00 PM can only be Noon – MidDay.
MidNight is called 24:00 and used to mean the end of the day. It is also used to mean the beginning of the day. For example, you would say "Tuesday at 24:00" and "Wednesday at 24:00" to mean exactly the same time.
Advantages over the 12-hour clock system.
🔸Fewer confusions between morning and evening; e.g. 7 o'clock in the evening is called 19:00 (i.e.; 7:00 PM).
People do not have to figure out if noon is 00h00, 24h or 12h to calculate duration.
