Without Warning (EAS Scenario)

Just in time for Halloween, my first EAS scenario is based on a dramatic made-for-TV film from the 90's directed by Robert Iscove for CBS. "Without Warning" was a very unique film, but what if the story was told through modern-day broadcast equipment? Here's my take on that.
