OLYMPIA TRAINING THROWBACK - Raw Chest Session with Ross Edgley

Hey Guys,

Here's some raw workout footage from a pre Olympia chest session with Ross Edgley during the Gymshark Manchester Pop up store!

This was a great session. It's always a pleasure to hang out with Ross & listen to his knowledge & analysis throughout the workout whilst still working out like a machine.
