Destiny 2 - World's Fastest Leviathan by Silimar (17:39)

Clan Silimar has been going strong recently taking all of the fastest times on Raid.Report and now claiming the World's Fastest Leviathan title. This run is certainly not without its mess ups and we believe sub 17:30 should be easily attainable with this strategy.

Elevator Up
This time around we go for all 6 players making it to the encounter. Having players join in costs time and was inconsistent. Warlocks can make it just as fast as the Titans with Sword skating. Titans jump into the right cannon and into the split between the 4th ring to make it out of the map. Warlocks land on the first pillar, sword across to the second pillar and jump in from the 3rd ring.

The Gauntlet
The Gauntlet is completed as normal with the Warlocks using Blink to get through the sections as fast as possible. Most of the time loss is due to slow major kills or a Warlock not having a clean run.

The main change that we did was at the end running section. The 3 Titans that do the final slam start just past the finish line and sprint forward into the wall. This way they are instantly running to the finish line once gates 3 and 4 are completed.

Dogs
With the most recent update Shotguns got a serious buff. We discovered that Legend of Acrius absolutely bakes the dogs and is much more consistent than using Curtain Call.

Pools
This is where the major timesave was discovered. I discovered this timesave last month when Redeem took the record at 18:14 but we did not have a run worthy of uploading.

What we do is have one of the Warlocks (Scrub) stay in the underbelly just under the top right plate. We then do a 5 man rotation strategy similar to challenge mode but having the player leave the plate once a replacement comes. What this does is makes the Pools encounter about the same duration as a normal 6 man run but the Warlock can start heading towards Calus from the underbelly as the last lanterns are being killed by the Sunbreakers. He gets a major headstart to the final encounter. Everyone then hits change character minus the Warlock. Three players switch to Celestial Goldie and sit in orbit in the same fireteam.

Calus
Scrub calls for the fireteam to rejoin when he is halfway up the purple hallway to the cutscene door. This causes the team to join in alive after his cutscene is done. Once everyone is pulled to the throne room he then Nova Bombs center adds to give the Celestials their super.

The throne team does everything normally but punches cup as often as possible to put more rockets on the plate. Once skulls start forming the Titan solos 100 skulls while everyone (minus one person in throne room) kills themselves. They start a chain revive at 60x skulls then take down the shield at 80x. This allows the team to melee a dog for the bonus damage and be on the plate the instant it is active saving time.
