Trailer tire mounting and sealing the bead

I got the new tires for my trailer and the bead was so mashed that I couldn't get them to seal up enough on the rim to inflate. I took them up to the tire guy and he actually had some problems with them. these are load range C where the original ones were B so these might be a little stronger .
