xbox one x cooling mod and disassembly.

1. straight out of the box it had dry thermal paste
2. after 1 hour of game play it was hot and fan did not spin faster
3. thermal pads were not in place

in some places you may see fan mod connector soldered in different place, it appeared it was always on in that spot. right one is top hdd power pin (grey)

thermal paste: arctic cooling mx-4
screwdrivers: torx t10 and torx t8
connector used: motor connector from old xbox 360 controller, you can use any connector or even a wire.
soldering iron: hakko fx 951
thermal camera: flir tk scout
