Happens to be
One of the Most Popular Models.

21 Different Variations ("Tags"), And
- They Can be One of the Few Different Sizes,
`1b`, `4b`, `12b`, and `27b`
("`b`" for a Billion Parameters).
- We Will Use the `1b` Version for Testing.
