A chakara (also Chaakara and in Malayalam ചാകര) is a peculiar marine phenomenon in which many fish and prawns throng together during a particular season as part of mud bank formations. The accumulation of organic material by this process in relatively calm regions of the sea during the monsoons attracts fish.

തിരിയാൻ മീനുമായി നമ്മട carrier വള്ളം ഹാർബറിലോട്ട് പോയി.. അപ്പോഴാണ് നമ്മട കൂടെ ഓടുന്ന വള്ളത്തിലെ ആര്യകാരൻ ചേട്ടൻ നമ്മളെ വിളിച്ചത്.. ഐല ഫുൾ ലോഡ് വല അടിച്ചിരിക്കണേനു.. അവരുടെ carrier വള്ളവും. വളത്തിലെ ഡെപയും ഫുൾ ആയി.. ബാലൻസ് മീൻ വല വഴി കൈമാറി തരാമെന്നു... അത് തികച്ചും അത്ഭുതമായി തോന്നി ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു സംഭവം കാണാൻ പോവുന്നെ.... കൂടാതെ ആ കാണാത്ത കാഴ്ചയും വള്ളകാരുടെ സൗഹൃദവും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്ല രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ ഷൂട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിച്ചു... നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതIത്തിലെ തികച്ചും അപൂർവ്വ കാഴ്ചകളിൽ ഒന്നുതന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു... കടലിൽ വെച്ചുതന്നെ മീൻ വല വഴി കൈമാറുന്നത്... എല്ലാത്തിനുപരി എല്ലാംകൊണ്ടും ഒരു വ്യത്യസ്ത അനുഭവം തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു വള്ളത്തിലെ ഒരു ദിവസം.. 🥰🥰
