I regret that I never took bridges very seriously early in my calisthenics career. I always thought it was more of a trick or a novelty move rather than a raw strength move like pull ups.
I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only is the bridge a serious move, it can potentially improve just about every other exercise you do!
