Running a 230 Volt Submersible Well Pump on a Small Generator | Generator Plug Wiring

In this video, I demonstrate how to run a well pump off a small portable generator. How to hook a 30 amp generator plug up and wire into a submersible well pump? This includes wiring a generator plug to a well pump, then starting the generator to show the pump running.

As always, be safe and smart with electricity and power equipment. This does not involve wiring into a standby generator at a house, but would be if you didn't have a source of power and a generator was the only means for available power. Do not get involved with electricity unless you are qualified to do so! Always wire plugs with the POWER OFF AND UNHOOOKED FROM ANY POWER SOURCE!
