Powerful V12 Jaguar Hill Climb Car with Dual Rear Tyres!

This fully custom built V12 Hill Climb car isn’t just great on the eye, it has some serious power. Located behind the driver is a 5.3 litre Jaguar V12 engine coming in at 5,344cc’s, taken out of a 1980’s XJ-S.

Other Jaguar components were included in the build, such as the brakes and wheel hubs. The distinctive radiator grill was taken from an S Type produced in the 2000’s to help give it that iconic Jag style.

The car is also fitted with a six speed trans axel and tube rear suspension. As you’ve surely noticed by now, there’s dual rear tyres on each side to assist with traction during hill climb events which is a rather unique touch.

Currently on display at the Museum of Vehicle Evolution 180km north of Melbourne. In full running condition, the V12 Jaguar Hill Climb car continues to take part events around Australia, and will be back on the track again very soon.
