Floating Sky Continents Above Tectonic+Terralith — WIP Datapack Test

Very early test of a custom worldgen setup I'm putting together for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge. The goal: keep Tectonic's continent shaping and Terralith's biome variety on the ground, while adding a separate "sky zone" of floating terrain stretching up toward y=2031 — inspired by AmpXtreme's vertical scale.

The three source mods don't normally play nicely together (AmpXtreme rewrites worldgen in ways that conflict with Terralith biomes), so this is a custom datapack stitching them into separate vertical layers instead of trying to merge them.

Setup:
- Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge 47.4.10
- Tectonic 3.0.17
- Terralith 2.5.4
- Lithostitched 1.4.11
- Custom datapack ("skywild") that overrides dimension height, injects sky-island density above y=800, and disables Tectonic's height-clobbering modifier

This is a ROUGH early build. Lots of known issues — biome assignment in the sky zone is whatever Terralith happens to put there (so floating oceans, weird surface blocks, etc), no biome injection yet, surface rules untuned, performance is rough on first chunk gen, and a hundred other things. Sharing because the basic architecture works and the sky terrain is generating where it should.

More polish coming. Let me know what you think.
