Doctors concerned over rising rate of the flu in parts of U.S.

As respiratory illnesses are on the rise after the holidays, parts of the U.S. are seeing troubling trends for the flu. The CDC says this year’s flu vaccine is effective but warns inoculations are down. NBC News’ Sam Brock speaks with a doctor about his concerns this flu season.
