Quick Tips for your Navien Combination Boiler and Hot Water System:
1. If you have no heat or hot water, first check the power to the unit itself. If it's a black display screen, there is no power at all. With a GFI, sometimes the GFI has tripped. Reset the GFI and your system will power back up.
2. Check your intake and flue exhaust for obstructions outside of the home if you have no heat or hot water. Sometimes the screens will get plugged during snow storms.
3. Check your display screen for an error code. It will start with an E and a common one being E110. Document the error code and call your heating professional. Thanks for watching 128 PHCE's video today!
