Mama has dementia, and while she may not always remember names or places, her body remembers the rhythm. Music reaches the soul — and in this moment, we’re reminded that joy still lives here.

Being a caregiver is a rollercoaster: exhausting, unpredictable, and emotional. But there are bright spots… like this dance.
