Hallo allerseits! Twitter voted on whether this would be premiered or uploaded in the early morning (an old tradition of mine), so here I am at 4:30am. This has been quite an interesting project - never thought I'd use Times New Roman seriously for anything ever in my life, and yet here we are... I actually started writing these lyrics literally last year and only just got them to a satisfactory standard... alas, I hope there aren't any errors because I already found one whilst animating and I was like whyyy

That aside, I'm actually quite proud of the lyrics - it's been a good while since I recorded anything in German, let alone wrote actual lyrics, so hopefully I did the song some justice, since it's such a profound piece and warrants both nice lyrics and strong vocals (I hit that A₄ in my adlibs though, pls be proud).

I couldn't find any other German covers of this song sadly, so I hope you guys enjoy my rendition of the song!
