Persistent violent crime continues to plague Mqhekezweni in Eastern Cape
High levels of violent crime continue to plague Mqhekezweni village outside Mthatha in the Eastern Cape. In the latest incident, four women from two different families were raped. The rape survivors are aged between 14 and 38 years old. Villagers say that they are being terrorised by armed youth.
