Something I truly do not eat enough of, Banh Canh Cua. I had to reach out to a friend who set me off to this place in district 10. I must say my friend knows me really well, as this banh canh cua was one of my favorites. Loaded with pork knuckle, flavorful seafood, and a rich thick crab flavored broth. Be ready to dunk your fried dough sticks and slurp those thick noodles.

Now just for a little snack before our big feast, I went for a lady selling cacao da. A thick, sweet, and bitter snack loaded with shaved ice. You can even dip your banh mi if you so like.

Now for the main reason of the video. This is about a man who really saw some lows this year. However, instead of quitting, he looked to something that has comforted and saved so many, street food. Now serving some of the best Canto style food in all of Saigon and the best part, at the local prices. I give this man the title wokhay master. Trained under professionals and now serving to the local people of Saigon, this man is a must visit when you come to Saigon for delicious food and a quick trip to Hong Kong.
