How to Make an Etching and Lino Printing Press

A home build of a lino and etching roller printing press. The plans that inspired this can be bought from buildapress.com. Equipment used was a Warco WM 16 mill, a Warco 250V lathe, a Chester H80 band saw, and an RTech 160 AMP TIG welder.

Take my advice – if your wife\husband\significant other is of the arty type, and they ask you to build a printing press then don’t. Just don’t. Go out and buy them one. If you don’t follow my advice then don’t blame me when you spend every weekend for nine months making the damn thing when you can think of a thousand other things you’d rather be doing, you’ll spend every waking minute pulling steel splinters out of your fingers, and you’ll be flat broke from the fortune you’ve spent on steel because you’ve had to re-make the $*&%*&^ rollers at least fifty times!!! :-)
