Deputies revealed that 61-year-old Domingo Quintana now faces a misdemeanor animal cruelty charge after investigators found a starving cat locked inside a shop on the family’s multimillion-dollar property. Meanwhile, Child Protective Services is involved, the children remain hospitalized, and financial and legal troubles tied to Quintana have surfaced, adding more layers of mystery.
