Chronoboon Displacer Added to Classic WoW To Pocket World Buffs

UPDATE: Since I uploaded this Blizzard have updated the PTR version of the chronoboon so that it no longer works in combat.

Blizzard have added the new Chronoboon item to classic PTR and it is going to allow us to save our world buffs and apply them at a later time. Its amazing and I've been testing the various features of it on PTR and here are the results!
