1 month ago, the L.A. BEAST was approached on Facebook by Stephen Roy, who informed the BEAST that there was a Hot Dog Record at JACK'S HOT DOG STAND (Oldest Hot Dog Joint in the USA- 102 years in business) in North Adams, Massachusetts. Currently the record sits at 30 JAck's Hot Dogs in 1 hour and this record has been standing for around a year and a half now. Because the L.A. BEAST has previous competitive eating experience with Hot Dogs, he decided to quietly make his way up to North Adams and Quietly take the title home back to NEW Jersey. That is until Jeff, 4th Generation Owner of Jack's decided to HYPE the L.A. BEAST'S visit up and invite local JAck's Hot Dog Stand patrons to take on the Beast and see if they have what it takes to take him down. The stage is set. Town closed down. Streets lined with on lookers. L.A. BEAST and 3 Brave Souls are about to see if they have what it takes to be a part of JACK'S HOT DOG STAND HISTORY!!!!

I would like to extend my many thanks to Jeff Levanos, his staff and the entire town of North Adams, Massachusetts for being so kind and hospitable. Not only did Jeff have 100 t-shirts made and give them away, but he also donated $500 to Veteran Services. In addition, Keith "Iron Gut" Bona raised an additional $1600 for a local food kitchen.
