Gymnastics Conditioning Circuit

Here's a BASIC gymnastics conditioning circuit I often do... Great for beginners up to elite level. This can help with building strength (full body), keeping fit, improving muscle endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness, loosing weight, loosing body fat & increase physical state to perform a higher level of gymnastics.

I sometimes warm up with this circuit & do it very often out of competition season to keep fit. The exercises can be adjusted tailored to your ability & fitness level however the principle is..

6-12 exercises
30secs Work 30secs Rest / or
40secs Work 20secs rest
