Swift SW380T (Review) + Raspberry pi = digital microscope

A review of the swift compound microscope SW380T, useful for amateur microscopy, and citizen science. A nice start for microbiology and microbial life.

I've attached a Raspberry pi HQ camera (12 Mpx) so it's a kind of "digital microscope" now. It's a (cheap) budget microscope and maybe a good one as first microscope to start this hobby.
I'll look at the standard objectives and a couple new ones (20x and 60x). Show how the condenser aperture diaphragm works and the dark field using 3D printed dark field filters.

I'll show all of this taking a look at moss under the microscope, with quite a lot of microbial "pond life" showing up.

Disclaimer: I'm not associated with swift and I bought the microscope myself. Those are my thoughts about it.
