BARCS seeks donations after 83 dogs seized
Maryland's largest animal shelter just gained dozens of dogs that were seized from a hoarding situation in northwest Baltimore. The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter announced on social media the seizure of 83 dogs and one cat from a home in the Clyburn/Pimlico neighborhood. The dogs are of different ages, sizes and breeds.
