$70 EYELINER REVIEW + FULL FACE GLAM Tutorial

Ok I have a confession... I'm an eyeliner junkie!!! Since I can remember, I've loved making my eyes overly dramatic and painted to extreme! I think I own over 50 liquid liners and I've tried most brands on the planet... So the I heard that my favorite skin care line, Sisley, had made a LIQUID liner.. I HAD to try it!!!
