The Sentinel Innovation Center seeks to leverage machine learning approaches to efficiently identify health outcomes. Computable phenotypes developed from electronic health record data could improve efficiency within the Sentinel System. A scalable approach to computable phenotyping requires that algorithms are transportable across different health care systems. This webinar will describe efforts to improve the portability of complex computable phenotypes across multiple sites.
