VR180° Bogus cold caller in Sheffield. (Scottish Power?)

This bloke claimed to be from the National Grid and that he had to speak to all residents about big price increases with our gas and electricity.
I instantly recognised him as the man who had been around last year (when with a chubby white man) making simular claims. Back then I when felt obliged to point out to them that cold calling was supposed to be illegal and went on to accused them of trying to sign the eldery to another supplier for the commission.
Like today last year they could not get out of the flats fast enough when confronted.
This man is bogus and I think he he going Nationally around to flats and building that look like they have eldery tenants and residents.
If you have signed up to change suplier or know anyone who has with this person then please leave a comment below to let me know what company it is so I can raise the issue with Ofgem.
.: UPDATE :. He took datails from a woman on the next block of flats to me and after he had left she was contacted by energy provider to say she had been swapped over to Scottish Power.
