We take static strike of gathering light, pair it with berserker, and scale rage, attack speed, and survivability together. The skill has two parts. First, you have the melee hit, which builds charges. Then you have the beam effect, which uses those charges, gains more damage, and starts hitting additional targets. At full stacks, the built in more damage gets very high, so maintaining charges is a massive part of the build.
