Bypass heater core Mercedes 2004 C230 w203 chassis

I had to bypass the heater core because there was very hot heat coming in through the bottom of the dashboard and was making the car about 10 degrees or more hotter even with the AC blasting. Now the AC works pretty good A lot better than it was. I paid about $22 four a hose that was about 6 feet, two clamps and a hose extension. I bought everything in oreillys Auto Parts.
