Why you should consider buying your gear from Thomann; My Thomann customer service experience.

Hey folks! Happy New Year's to all. Today I've made a video about my customer service experience and showing you why you can probably buy from them without a worry. As someone who's bought at least a couple of hundred guitars online, I'd like to think I can provide valuable input. Many great retailers out there but Thomann really surprised me here. For a chain that's nowhere near as big as, say, Amazon, they really hit one out of the ballpark here. I'm going to enjoy setting up and doing some mods to my CST 24 ... as soon as I have some time.
