Nurpur( Kangra) Amidst the clamor of the Nurpur Municipal Council elections, certain anti-social elements have set out to vitiate the electoral atmosphere. Last night, in Wards 8 and 9, unidentified miscreants attempted to disrupt the peace by vandalizing several vehicles. The windows of four to five vehicles were smashed, and the vehicles sustained damage.
