Train connections: From Tirano (Italy) to St. Moritz (Sankt Moritz) (Switzerland) by train. From Tirano to Sankt Moritz by train. One of Europe's most spectacular train rides. Starting in Tirano along the Valposchiavo, followed by the steep slopes to more than 2200 metres at Ospizio Bernina. Then you pass Morteratsch Glacier before you arrive at the end of the line in Sankt Moritz. Connections to Chur at Pontresina.
