Long time no see, everyone! Today I bring you the first in the Study with me Tokyo Tower series.
Based on your comments and feedback, the following improvements have been made to this video compared to the last one.

①Modified the progress bar. For the sake of aesthetics, the yellow progress bar at the bottom of the video has been removed and replaced with a circular progress bar combined with the timer.
②Added a countdown timer to the break screen. In order to see the time passing more visually even during the break, a countdown has been added to the break screen.
③Added a special effect sound 30 seconds before the end of the break. A bell was added 30 seconds before the end of the break to remind everyone that the break is coming to an end and that they are ready to get back to studying.

▶︎ About the Pomodoro Technique

This video is based on the Pomodoro Technique, which is said to be the most effective way to increase efficiency.

The Pomodoro Technique is based on repeating short tasks and short breaks. Specifically, one pomodoro is 25 minutes of work plus 5 minutes of rest, and every 4 pomodoros (2 hours) you take a 30-minute break. Repeat this process.

It is important to not only break the work time into short segments, but also to strive to complete the assigned task within one pomodoro. This will lead to concentration. Since the individual tasks are short, you will not have to worry about losing your concentration. You will get tired when you concentrate, but you can recover by taking frequent breaks, so the state of high concentration will increase intermittently throughout the day, which will ultimately lead to higher productivity.
